Right of withdrawal
1. Cancellation policy / returns
You can revoke your contract declaration within 7 days by stating your reasons in writing by email and / or by returning the item using the return form. The set deadline starts after you receive the product. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. The revocation must be sent to the following address.

1.2. Consequences of the withdrawal
Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the conversion of the sales contract into a reverse transaction, according to which the services received under the sales contract must be reimbursed. Goods received are to be returned no later than 7 days after the declaration of cancellation. We will also reimburse you for payments received within 7 days of the declaration of cancellation. However, we can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Please note that we do not grant a right of withdrawal for the following products:
-
Returns of used items.
-
Item without or with damaged original packaging.
-
Transport damage (more on this under 1.3.)
In the case of a return for no reason, this must also be noted in keywords. You have to bear the costs for the return. We will refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for possible damage or excessive wear and tear from the purchase price to be reimbursed if any loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to determine the type, quality and functionality of the goods.
If a consignment is returned to us by the post for the following reasons, the order will be automatically canceled after notification to the customer:
-
Package was not picked up
-
Unknown receiver
In special cases, the parcel can be sent again, but a fee of CHF 10.70 will be charged for this.
1.3. Damage or loss
Did your order arrive defective?
If you receive a damaged item of mail, bring the damaged product with the outer packaging and stuffing material to the local post office immediately and fill out a damage report there.
Request a copy and send it to us as a photo or scanned in so that you can claim your right to intact goods.
Damage that is not externally visible must be reported to the responsible post office in your community within 7 days of delivery.
Haven't you received your order?
If the shipment is not received by the customer within 5 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation, it is the customer's duty to notify us immediately.
An investigation into the shipment of a customer will only be initiated by the sender if the customer has duly notified this.
However, if the customer has not properly reported the lack of delivery, an investigation must be initiated directly at Swiss Post by the customer himself.
